Cider Cocktail

Bow and Arrow cider cocktail is made in Quebec from local apple must. This juice is first fermented in vats before being filtered and gasified. The result is an effervescent cider cocktail with a bright yellow color and golden hues. On the palate, we fully appreciate the crisp and frank taste of McIntosh apples. Light and fine scents, we can appreciate the sweetness of the orchard fruit. Half dry, it reaches the perfect balance between sugar and acidity.
