Abbey Witte

Mons

Belgian inspired white beer, brewed from a blend of malted and unmalted wheat, harvested in Western Canada. Hopped with Styrian Golding and Hallertau Hersbrucker hops. A hint of coriander and orange peel gives it a unique citrus bouquet.

Abbey Blonde

Mons

Belgian inspired strong ale, brewed from Pilsen and Pale Ale malt and hopped with Styrian Golding and Saaz hops giving it a majestic gold color. Complex nose, with aromas of caramel, buckwheat honey and white fruits. On the palate, there are notes of honey and fruit with a side of grilled bread.

Abbey Dubbel

Mons Dubbel d’Abbaye est élaborée à l’aide d’un mélange de malt Pilsen, Munich etCarafa, du houblon Styrian Golding pour l’amertume et du houblon Hallertau Hersbrücker pour l’arôme.

Abbey Quadrupel

Belgian inspired Quadrupel, brewed from Pilsen, Pale Ale and Munich malt and hopped with Styrian Golding, Tettnange and Polaris hops. This dark ale is considered extra strong at 10,5 % alc./vol.

Abbey Red

Mons

Belgian inspired red ale, brewed from a blend of malt that includes pale ale and hopped with Styrian Golding and Tettnanger hops. On the palate, a taste of cereals is perceived. Flavoured with a drop of Abitibi honey.

Scotch Ale

MONS SCOTCH ALE is the result of high fermentation and is made using a blend of smoked malt and unique East Kent Golding hops.
