The Geloso Group has implemented an action plan to ensure the safety of its employees while maintaining its essential activities.
In order to protect all family members with more than 450 employees, those who are able to work from home must do so.
In the same vein, visits to the company’s head office in Laval are prohibited. In doing so, meetings between colleagues or with external consultants are now done by videoconference.
Employees who must come to our facilities in the exercise of their duties are subject to strict safety regulations. For example, their temperature is measured when they arrive at the scene. They must also wear gloves and a mask during their shift.
Despite these important and necessary constraints, we continue to work with our partners in the food sector to minimize the negative impacts of this health crisis. We are closely monitoring the situation and are ready to respond quickly if necessary.
